Overview
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, printing, and business service needs while ensuring a smooth and efficient store experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service in-store and by phone
  • Process shipments, returns, and package drop-offs
  • Pack items securely and label shipments accurately
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, and other business services
  • Maintain knowledge of shipping options, pricing, and store services
  • Keep store clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Receive and sort incoming packages and mail
  • Support team members and complete assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Cash handling and POS system experience a plus
  • Shipping, packing, or logistics experience helpful (not required)
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
