As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping drivers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
We are looking for a candidate to take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance services based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Explain services, pricing, and vehicle maintenance in a clear, honest, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Prepare estimates and process customer transactions accurately.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Ring out customers and perform invoice review
- Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and service area.
- Help the team achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments when applicable, and assist with general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
