Valley Pool & Spa in North Versailles (Admin Offices)
The Valley Pool & Spa Service Dispatcher assists the Service Manager and Delivery Manager with coordinating and confirming appointments through the use of scheduling software. Will take customer inbound calls, interact with Service Technicians/ Delivery Teams, stores and others on service appointments and ensure superior customer service. Follow up on parts orders, and organize and manage departmental forms, warranty claims, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency with above average keyboarding skills.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, and GSuite tools.
- Consistently positive, professional interaction with contacts at all levels.
- Previous scheduling/dispatching experience preferred and helpful, but not necessary – we will train the right individual.
- 2 years of retail or call center customer service experience preferred and helpful, but not necessary – we will train the right individual.
- Ability to learn the ‘technical’ customer service aspect of the swimming pool industry with provided paid training
SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday office work schedule (NO weekends or evenings)
- 32 hour 4-day work weeks October-March (rotate Fri/Mon off) – 8am-4pm daily.
- 40 hour 5-day work weeks April, July-September – 8am-4pm daily.
- 40-45 hour 5-day work weeks May-June (peak season)- 8am-4/5pm daily.
COMPENSATION:
- $17 per hour (time and a half when working over 40 hours – $25.50/hr)
- + 2% commission share on departmental sales
- + $50/week spiff potential for exceeding customer service and departmental sales goals
- (commission + spiffs extra earnings potential could reach up to $5000 annually)
