The Opportunity
JIB Communications is expanding its Allentown team and looking for motivated, people-first individuals to join us in a customer-facing capacity. Depending on your strengths and interview performance, you may be placed in a customer service or sales-oriented role — both of which involve direct, face-to-face interaction with customers in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with customers directly in assigned territories to address needs, answer questions, and present solutions

Representing our clients’ products and services in a professional, positive manner

Identifying customer needs and guiding them toward the right fit

Logging interactions and outcomes accurately

Attending daily team huddles, training sessions, and coaching check-ins

Building relationships that drive both customer satisfaction and results

High school diploma or GED

Compensation
Compensation is tied to your performance — representatives typically earn $600/week, with top performers regularly exceeding $800+/week.
Schedule & Location

Full-time, Monday–Friday (weekend availability a plus)
