Customer Experience Representative (High-Energy, Fast-Paced)

Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office

We are building a high-energy, high-effort Customer Experience team for a growing, family-owned home services company. This team is the voice of our business – the first impression, the problem-solvers, and the customer advocates.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Answering and making a high volume of customer calls
- Helping customers navigate service issues with empathy and confidence
- Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments
- Proactively solving problems — not passing them along
- Communicating clearly with teammates and leadership
- Maintaining professionalism and positive energy, even on tough calls

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Preferred (but not required):
- Customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail experience
- Comfort handling difficult conversations professionally
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
