This is not a typical retail position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and understands the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a luxury customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally
- Assist customers with garment drop-off and pickup
- Accurately enter orders and process transactions
- Answer phones and assist clients with questions and requests
- Help maintain an exceptionally clean, well organized, and highly professional store environment
- Communicate with our production team regarding special garment care instructions
- Build lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, boutique retail, or concierge experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
