We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This role is a key point of contact for our distributors, end-users, and prospective customers, providing product expertise, order support, and world-class service. This position plays an important role in supporting our worldwide distributor network and helping ensure customers receive the exceptional service Par Aide is known for since 1955.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of order entry, accurately entering, prioritizing, and tracking customer purchase orders to ensure exceptional service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from distributors and end users, providing accurate information, resolving questions, and [delivering a positive customer experience.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely communication and efficient resolution of requests.
- Proactively communicate order status, pricing, product availability, shipping updates, and quality matters to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping and Accounting to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience while representing Par Aide with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently handle customer phone calls and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience using ERP systems, along with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support coworkers and contribute wherever needed.
