Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and providing professional customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching.
- Communicate appointment details, arrival times, and service updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company software.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and timely service.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Provide information regarding HVAC services, maintenance plans, and pricing.
- Support office operations and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, dispatching, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional attitude and dependable attendance.
- Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry is a plus but not required.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
