Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
- Is highly customer service oriented and enjoys working with people
- Communicates confidently in person and on the phone
- Is organized, dependable, and has a positive attitude
- Can handle a fast-paced environment while staying professional
This is a customer-facing role—you are the first impression of our company.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and check in rugs, drapes, and cushions
- Inspect items, price services, and create invoices
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist with customer pickups and loading items
- Help manage front desk tasks, inventory, and client communication
- Support office and production teams as needed
