Social Link is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Client Success & Operations Manager to help lead client relationships, internal accountability, operational workflows, and project coordination across multiple accounts.
This is not a passive account management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can confidently lead communication between clients and internal teams, and is willing to roll up their sleeves when needed to keep operations moving efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, AI-proficient, operationally minded, and capable of managing both client experience and internal accountability.

## What You’ll Do
### Client Success & Account Leadership
– Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
– Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
– Ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables remain on track
– Help oversee account health, client retention, and overall client satisfaction
– Identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities and coordinate with leadership/sales teams
– Maintain accountability for deadlines, KPIs, and project execution
### Internal Operations & Team Coordination
– Lead internal Monday account meetings to review priorities, blockers, and team accountability
– Own and maintain operational organization inside ClickUp
– Ensure tasks are properly assigned, updated, tracked, and completed on time
– Coordinate communication between design, development, SEO, paid media, social, and leadership teams
– Monitor reporting systems and help improve operational efficiency
– Assist with workflow development, SOPs, automations, and process improvements
### Administrative & Platform Support
– Monitor and respond to support emails and client requests
– Assist with email newsletter sends and campaign coordination when needed
– Help manage platform access, permissions, account setup, billing updates, and 2FA coordination
– Navigate platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Analytics
- Email marketing systems
- CRM and reporting tools
– Troubleshoot account access and operational issues for internal teams and clients
### AI & Technology
– Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other platforms to improve efficiency and workflows
– Help identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
– Adapt quickly to evolving marketing technologies and systems

## Qualifications
– 3+ years experience in account management, client success, project management, or agency operations
– Previous agency experience strongly preferred
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
– Comfortable leading meetings and holding teams accountable
– Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar project management platforms
– Strong attention to detail and follow-through
– Comfortable navigating marketing and advertising platforms, even if not directly executing campaigns
– AI proficiency and willingness to adopt new tools and technologies
– Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
– Must be comfortable occasionally attending onsite client meetings and traveling as needed
– Must maintain a professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet and company-approved network/security standards

## Compensation & Benefits
– Base Salary: $65,000–$72,000 depending on experience
