Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)
Important: This role requires working US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, so you must be fully available during that schedule.

Job Description
As a Client Success Manager at Punch!, you own the client relationship from onboarding through to renewal. Day to day that means running client meetings, building performance reports from HubSpot data, and spotting opportunities to grow accounts. You'll work in lockstep with a Sales Development Manager who owns the SDR team and delivery, so your focus is making sure clients are informed, confident, and getting value from the programme. You'll be the person clients trust to tell them the truth about what's working.
About you
- 3+ years in a client-facing role within a sales or sales development agency
- Direct experience working within an SDR function or alongside
- Exposure to the SaaS or technology sector, either through direct experience or through managing clients operating in that space
- Strong HubSpot knowledge, ideally using it for reporting and pipeline visibility
- Working knowledge of ClickUp or a similar project management tool
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Confident communicator at all levels, written and verbal, including senior stakeholder conversations
- Able to hold the line on scope and timelines while keeping clients onside
Day-to-Day
- Own the client onboarding process, keeping timelines on track and communication clear from day one
- Run regular client meetings and calls independently, building trust and long-term relationships
- Work in lockstep with the Sales Development Manager to ensure deliverables are understood and client expectations are met
- Monitor scope and flag risks early, keeping programmes on time and on brief
- Use HubSpot data to build clear performance reports and turn pipeline activity into client-facing insight
- Manage tasks and workload visibility across your accounts using ClickUp
- Become the go-to person for your clients, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
- Work closely with the Client Services Director on retention and retainer renewals
- Develop programme strategy and optimisations based on performance data and client feedback
