Core Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, service updates, and general support needs
- Provide clear, accurate information while delivering exceptional customer support
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and service-related processes with professionalism and attention to detail
- Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives while contributing to service quality and team performance goals
- Participate in training, collaborate with teammates, and help create a positive customer experience
