THE WORK

As the Cyber Software Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading cyber software engineering efforts within the overall RMS Cyber Resiliency portfolio. This includes definition and development of Cyber Software solutions, Software Assurance of developed capabilities, and partnering with product and software engineering teams.

This position leads and mentors a group of cyber software engineers. This position requires frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include oversight of cost accounting, performing cost estimations, team performance management, product strategy, and staffing.

Basic Qualifications

B.S. Degree in a technical field such as Cyber, Engineering, Comp Sci
Ability to obtain an Secret DoD Secret security clearance prior to starting this position
Proven experience leading Cyber teams
Proven experience in effective communications with internal and external customers

Desired skills

Compliance with 8140/8570 certification requirements such as CISSP
Prior experience with COTS Software and Software Assurance

Experience with the Aegis Weapons System

Experience with Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD pipelines
Cost accounting and cost estimation experience
