The Role
As the D365 F&O Subject Matter Expert, you will take ownership of the D365 F&O Supply Chain and Finance modules. While the business still utilizes a Microsoft partner, your goal will be to reduce that dependency. You’ll act as a strategic lead, holding partners accountable and ensuring every technical decision puts the business’s best interests first.
Key Responsibilities
- Align business processes across Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Warehousing.
- Turn complex operational needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
- Work alongside Finance and Production stakeholders to solve planning challenges and implement scalable improvements.
