Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Healthcare to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare operations. In this role, you will analyze healthcare data, generate meaningful insights, and develop reports that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify trends in patient, claims, and operational data.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Prepare reports and present analytical findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with healthcare datasets and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
