Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Retail & E-Commerce to support business growth through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze retail and e-commerce datasets.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales, inventory, and customer performance.
- Identify trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and business teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry.
- Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience analyzing sales, customer, or operational data.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and SQL databases.
- Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
