All About Kids in Anderson township is currently looking for a toddler teachers to work with our toddler classrooms working with children ages 18 months to 2 years old. We are seeking candidates who have a passion working with children, love helping them meet their cognitive and social skills, and love watching them grow.
Ideal candidates have experience working in a child care center or with kids, CDA or degree in the education field. Candidates should enjoy working with children. A high school diploma and background check is a requirement. We will train the right individual, so no experience is required! Working with children, enjoy having fun, and a passion for the education environment are all highly recommended!
Our classrooms have 3 teachers which gives the opportunity for more eyes and hands on the children at all times. You will work with other teachers and create age appropriate/developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop daily lesson plans.
- Meet the individual’s needs of the children.
- Communicate with parents in a variety of mediums (verbal, written, electronic).
- Participate in staff and training meetings.
- Design age appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental. level of the children in the classroom.
- Interact with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Present expectations that are age appropriate to the child.
