What You’ll Do
As the Operations Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the practice while partnering with our doctors and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and business success.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive daily operations and practice efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and practice goals
- Improve scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Support financial performance and practice growth
- Coach team members on accountability and service excellence
- Partner with doctors to execute strategic initiatives
- Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Healthcare leadership experience will also be considered
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable managing KPIs and operational performance
- Financial acumen with experience improving practice results
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive, energetic, and patient-focused leadership style

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
