Job Description
Work Schedule: Full-time two days per week, 6a to 8:30p with a one-hour break, and every other weekend. Or 11:30a to 8:30p with one day off through the week and every other weekend off.
- Oversee daily foodservice operations across café, patient dining, and sanitation areas, ensuring timely meal service, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer experiences.
- Prepare and support food and beverage production, including cold food preparation, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery while adapting to changing operational needs.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance by monitoring cleanliness, organizing work areas, and upholding health standards.
- Round with patients and café customers to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and enhance satisfaction with food quality and service.
- Support team success through effective communication, onboarding assistance, and collaboration with leadership to foster a positive, service-focused work environment.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Requires basic math skills. [Required]
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English. [Required]
- Able to communicate in English. [Required]
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. [Required]
