Digital Large Format Printer Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Digital Large Format Printer Operator to work with a leading production company in Madison Heights. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining industrial large format printers to meet production quotas, ensuring high-quality output on various substrates.

Shift Patterns

• • Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am and Friday 2:30pm-8:30pm as required

• • Overtime is required during busy months

• • Training period: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay Rates

• • 18.50 – 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Digital Large Format Printer Operator

• • Prior experience operating a large-format digital printer

• • Familiarity with general computer operations in a production environment

• • Experience with Fiery software

• • Knowledge of industrial UV digital printers, specifically Vutek 3250LX and 3250LX3 models

• • Experience with Epson resin roll-to-roll printers

• • Ability to perform printer warm-up, shut-down, and ink level maintenance

• • Operate large format printers to meet daily production quotas

• • Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, filter changes, and machine cleaning

• • Coordinate with the Graphics Department for job scheduling

• • Maintain an organized stock of printing materials

• • Ensure a clean, safe work area and adhere to all shop safety codes
