We serve hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, education, municipalities, and commercial real estate clients throughout California and nationwide.
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can build and execute a measurable marketing strategy that generates qualified commercial leads and supports our continued growth.
Position Summary
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for all digital marketing initiatives. You will own our online presence, increase brand visibility, improve search rankings, generate qualified leads, and optimize every stage of the customer acquisition funnel.
The ideal candidate understands modern SEO as well as AI-driven search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, and knows how to position a company to succeed in both traditional and AI-powered search.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
- Own all SEO, Local SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the Terapixels website for performance, conversions, and user experience.
- Build landing pages focused on targeted industries, cities, and services.
- Manage HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, lead nurturing, forms, workflows, and reporting.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Business Profile and local search optimization.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Develop content strategies including blogs, case studies, service pages, white papers, and customer success stories.
- Coordinate video marketing, photography, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly executive marketing reports.
- Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and analytics.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage outside vendors, freelancers, and agency partners when needed.
- Stay current with Google’s algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and generating qualified leads.
- Strong expertise in SEO and Local SEO.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and content development.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing B2B technology companies.
- Experience with managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, or commercial security industries.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization and large language model visibility.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Pay: $53,912.27 – $64,926.60 per year
