What Youll Do

Prepare, format, and finalize design files for print and digital production

Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to execute campaigns

Review artwork for accuracy, alignment, and technical specifications

Adapt existing designs into multiple sizes, formats, and layouts

Organize and maintain digital asset libraries

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related design issues

What Were Looking For

2+ years of experience in a Production Artist or similar role

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of print production, file setup, and digital formatting

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in retail, marketing, or agency environments

Basic knowledge of digital/web formatting
