Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Providers/Home Health Aides in Clermont and Butler county and Cincinnati, Ohio to deliver high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those requiring specialized medical support. This role involves providing personalized assistance in home and community settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong patient observation skills, personal care skills and home care skills. Responsibilities
- As a Direct Support Assistant/Home Care Aide, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles, particularly in senior care are individuals with special needs of all ages.
- Knowledge of CPR techniques and patient observation skills.
- Familiarity with memory care practices and the ability to engage clients with cognitive impairments.
- Must be able to pass a background and urine specimen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Providing compassionate care in settings such as nursing homes, hospice care, or memory care facilities.

Pay: $21.98 – $26.47 per hour
