Join our team supporting four awesome adult men with Prader–Willi syndrome in a lively residential home full of community outings, sports, karaoke, crafts, camping, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily routines, personal cares, community activities, life skills, medications (training provided), and help make each day engaging and successful.
- Support clients in developing independence through skill-building activities and behavioral management strategies
- Provide transportation to appointments or community activities using a agency vehicle when required
- Engage clients in social, recreational, and educational activities to promote social skills and community integration
Schedule:
- Weekday evenings 3–9 PM
- 1-2 asleep overnights/week (yes, you’re paid to sleep!)
- Every other weekend
- Asleep Overnight pay: $11.50–$13.50/hr. (10pm-6am with 4 hours being paid at the awake hourly rate of $19.50-$21.50 DOQ)
