Direct Support Professional: Be a part of a great team at ESM, Inc.! We
offer FT & PT positions which are permanent positions, **starting pay is
$21 / hr., health insurance, dental, life, and vision insurance!** PT
30-39 hour employees are eligible for 100% paid health insurance
premiums as well. An active driver's license and dependable vehicle is
required, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
We are a full service social services agency, we take care of folks with
Mental Health disabilities who require 24/7/365 days a year staffing, in
homes we either own or lease, so we don't send you to other peoples
homes, only our assisted living homes. We do our best to schedule you
within 30 miles from where you live to work in one of our homes, we are
able to do so 95% of the time based on where you live in relation to our
homes. We provide you all of the training and certifications you will
need, at no cost to you, and as a matter of fact we pay you to receive
the training and certifications/licenses the State of Maine requires!
We have a great training program, both initial training and ongoing
training, so we will not simply send you in to homes without the proper
training you need! We offer paid time off, holiday pay, insurances as
mentioned, we offer a 401K plan after you have been with us a year. We
