About BRUNOCO

BRUNOCO LLC is a privately owned holding and management company headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Our executive team currently consists of the CEO and Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. We are seeking a person outside to help us build the organization. Our portfolio includes Veterans Nexus Institute, Neoteric Medical, Modern Creation Home (launching soon), Pocket Gorilla Productions / Gorilla Troop Records, Ryan K Hamilton Fashion, and Bioneera (future launch).

Position Summary

This role combines executive assistance, operations, business administration, and project management. You will work directly with both founders, helping organize priorities, execute projects, improve systems, and build the operational foundation of BRUNOCO.

Executive Support

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and follow-up.

• Provide executive administrative support to both founders.

• Protect executive time and priorities.

Operations

• Coordinate projects across portfolio companies.

• Develop SOPs and operational systems.

• Manage vendors and identify outsourcing opportunities.

Administration & Finance

• Assist with QuickBooks Online.

• Coordinate with the CPA.

• Track invoices, expenses, contracts, and records.

Growth

• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring.

• Research software, AI tools, and business solutions.

• Help scale BRUNOCO as the portfolio grows.

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree is welcomed but not required. Equivalent professional experience demonstrating exceptional organizational, administrative, operational, or business management skills will receive equal consideration.
