Mary Academy Bay View seeks a dynamic, mission aligned Director of Athletics to lead and advance the schools athletic program across the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools. Reporting to the Associate Head of School for Student Experience, the Director of Athletics oversees all aspects of athletic operations, coaching leadership, scheduling, facilities, compliance, and student athlete development.
