We are seeking a Director of Brand Partnerships & Activations to lead the strategy, management, and execution of high-impact partnerships and experiential marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building and activating relationships with sports, entertainment, and cultural partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business impact.
The ideal candidate brings experience from sports marketing, entertainment partnerships, or brand-side experiential marketing, with a strong ability to translate partnership assets into meaningful, memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilitie
- sOwn day-to-day management of sports, entertainment, and cultural partnerships
- .Develop and execute annual partnership activation strategies and roadmaps
- .Lead experiential marketing programs including VIP events, hospitality, athlete/talent activations, and branded experiences
- .Maximize partnership value by identifying new activation opportunities beyond contractual deliverables
- .Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Leadership teams to align partnerships with broader marketing initiatives
- .Manage external agencies, vendors, and production partners
- .Oversee event execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand consistency
- .Develop budgets, ROI frameworks, and post-activation performance reporting
- .Create executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations

Required Qualificatio
- ns8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, experiential marketing, or sports/entertainment marketin
- g.Experience in sports marketing agency and/or brand-side partnership role
- s.Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, activation planning, and experiential executio
- n.Proven experience managing high-profile partnerships, events, or talent activation
- s.Strong vendor, agency, and production management skill
- s.Ability to manage budgets and measure RO
- I.Strong presentation and communication skill
- s.Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environment
- s.Passion for sports, entertainment, and culture-driven brand experience
