Salary: $119,404.80 – $161,547.06 per year
How you’ll make an impact in this role:
- Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the objectives of the organization.
- Direct all activities related to staffing including hiring, training, development and evaluation of staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitor and adhere to budget.
- Approve and/or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
What minimum qualifications you’ll need:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you’ll need:
- Master’s degree (MSN, MBA, etc) preferred
- 7+ years relevant clinical experience in clinical cardiology setting (RRT, CVT, RN, etc)
- 3+ years of Cath Lab leadership experience
