Amp11 is standing up the Frontline Circle -> a cohort of field operators, culture champions, and people developers who’ll help bring CAIT, the AI shift manager, to life in real restaurants during our pilot. This isn’t advisory. It’s hands-on: in the field, in the shifts, alongside the leaders we build for.

This is for you if you’re:

  • An innovator who wants to shape the future of work, not just watch it change
  • A culture champion and people developer who believes work can and should be better better
  • Grounded in restaurant experience QSR, fast casual, or full service with extra props if you’ve carried management responsibility
  • Energized by the frontline, and ready to prove what tools built for the field can do for the people who run the shift

Bonus points for skin in the game. Some of the best Circle members come with a foot in the operation, a restaurant of their own they’d put forward as a pilot site, or operators in their network who’d want CAIT first. Totally optional, but if that’s you, you’ll have an outsized seat at the table.

What you’d do:

  • Partner with pilot operators in the field to launch and embed CAIT

  • Champion CAIT with shift leaders and crews: translate it, coach it, win belief on the floor
  • Carry frontline insight back to the team so the product sharpens every week
  • Represent Amp11 as a credible voice for the frontline at industry events and conferences
