Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team, responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operational management. This role will focus on operational strategy development, process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality business operations supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management and overall planning of company operations;
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems;
Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives;
Coordinate with departments including production, supply chain, quality, and sales;
Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure execution alignment;
Support project management and ensure timely delivery of operational goals;
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies;
Lead, manage, and develop the operations team;
Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above;
10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or related fields;
5+ years of team management experience;
Strong understanding of operational processes and systems;
Excellent communication and coordination skills;
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to independently drive projects and achieve results;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international operations or global business environments;
Experience in process optimization and cost reduction projects;
Familiarity with ERP and operations management tools;
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Experience in team building, talent development, and performance management;
