Jay Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead fulfillment operations at our Houston facility.
For over 60 years, we've been the behind-the-scenes engine powering some of the world's most trusted brands — delivering accurately, on time, every time. We specialize in warehouse inventory management, e-commerce fulfillment, and specialty packaging, and we're growing fast.
In this role, you'll:
✅ Lead and develop high-performing fulfillment teams
✅ Drive lean continuous improvement and operational excellence
✅ Own KPIs across receiving, picking, shipping, and returns
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, HR, Client Services, and more
✅ Shape the strategy for new and emerging services
We're looking for a servant leader who's passionate about people, process, and results — someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and brings a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 5+ years of relevant experience
📦 WMS experience required; Manhattan preferred
