2. About the Opportunity:
The Director of Operations role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and overseeing the implementation of the organization''s programs and services across its facilities. The position plays a critical role in client-facing relations and in communicating progress toward shared goals with stakeholders, contributing to the operational success and growth of the organization.
3. Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute initiatives that support business objectives.
• Coordinate communication between the organization and owners.
• Manage contractual obligations with clients.
• Oversee key employee staffing and evaluate performance of management personnel.
• Implement companywide change initiatives to align with shared vision and culture.
• Recommend and execute strategic operational changes.
• Manage operations budget ensuring compliance with expenditure requirements.
• Assist with new business development opportunities.
• Conduct property reviews.
• Implement quality standards and best practices to ensure profitability.
• Train key personnel on operational quality standards.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Travel to assigned properties and company functions as required.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Recruit and onboard leadership personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in property, hotel, or club management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve problems at strategic and functional levels.
• Strong customer and owner relations.
• Ability to build high-performance teams and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to organizational values.
• Organizational development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strategic planning capabilities.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $155,000 based on experience.
