This highly visible position serves as a trusted partner to the Founder, helping drive execution, coordination, and accountability across a portfolio of business interests and strategic initiatives.

The Director of Operations will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage key projects, and ensure priorities move forward effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Founder to advance strategic priorities and business initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Establish processes, systems, and operating rhythms that improve efficiency, communication, and accountability.
- Manage communications and coordination among advisors, vendors, and external partners.
- Track key deliverables, milestones, and action items across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and organizational scalability.
- Support special projects, research efforts, and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure alignment and follow-through across a variety of business and operational priorities.
Ideal Background
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or similar leadership role.
- Success supporting founders, executives, entrepreneurs, Family Offices, private investment firms, or closely held businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
