Director of Operations – Multi-Unit QSR Leadership
A growing, highly successful restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee approximately 20-30 fast food (burger)restaurants through a team of 3–5 District Managers.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who brings positive energy, develops great people, and consistently delivers results in People, Sales, Profits, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 District Managers.
- Provide strategic oversight for 20-30 restaurants.
- Drive operational excellence through coaching, accountability, and execution.
- Improve restaurant performance by focusing on:
- People development and retention
- Sales growth
- Profitability
- Guest satisfaction
- Operational standards
- Build strong relationships within the communities your restaurants serve.
- Create a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Significant multi-unit leadership experience in the fast food/QSR industry.
- Burger concept experience is required.
- Proven success leading multiple restaurants through District Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial performance while developing high-performing teams.
- A leader known for building strong teams, developing talent, and creating a positive culture.
- Strong business acumen with a history of delivering measurable operational results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
