Tailored in White is a premium bridal alterations company operating across 4 locations. We sculpt couture-level alterations and are trusted with some of the most exclusive gowns in the industry.
We're hiring a Director of Operations & Business Development to own the full operational infrastructure of our business — and help build what comes next.
What you'll own:
→ Financial management: bills, budgets, and reporting across all 4 locations
→ Systems & tools: Monday.com administration, Square, and all operational platforms
→ Facilities: leases, landlord relations, and maintenance for every location
→ Sales strategy: quarterly plans, shop leader coaching, and partnership development
→ Growth planning: new products, new hires, and business development presentations to ownership
What we're looking for:
→ A proven operator with multi-location or multi-unit experience
→ Someone who is data-driven, highly organized, and financially fluent
→ A natural communicator who can work across shop leaders, vendors, and executives
→ A builder — someone who creates systems, not just follows them
Compensation:
→ Base salary: $70,000–$85,000
→ Quarterly performance bonuses up to $8,000/year
→ Online sales bonus (tiered, set quarterly)
→ Total earning potential: $78,000–$95,000+/year
