We’re seeking a senior social leader to own and scale a brand’s full social ecosystem across strategy, content publishing, community management, creator coordination, campaign execution, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of culture, content, and analytics, and can lead cross-functional teams while building a sharp, consistent brand voice across major social platforms. You’ll drive end-to-end social operations, translate insights into action, and shape high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced, talent-driven environment.
Must Haves
- 7+ years of social media experience, including 3+ years in a senior or director-level role.
- Direct experience managing strategy and content creation for a CPG brand.
- Proven success leading social strategy for an entertainment, creator-led, or talent-driven brand with large audiences.
- Lead and grow existing Discord community and broader community-based initiatives (colleges, fans, etc.)
- Deep platform expertise across Discord, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong command of social analytics, campaign reporting, influencer/UGC programs, and cross-functional project management.
