Dish Washer

Night Shift Dishwasher (5 PM – 1 AM)

Role: Clean, sanitize, and close down the kitchen.

Key Duties

• 
  Wash Everything: Clean all cookware, trays, and utensils using machines or 3-compartment sinks.
• 
  Dinner Rush: Keep the line stocked with clean tools during busy evening hours.
• 
  Kitchen Teardown: Wash heavy grill parts, line pans, and food containers at closing.
• 
  Deep Clean: Sweep and mop all floors; sanitize counters and walk-in coolers.
• 
  Trash Duty: Empty kitchen bins, break down boxes, and take trash to dumpsters.
• 
  Finish the Job: Stay on-shift until all dishes and closing tasks are 100% complete.

Requirements

• Must stay until the job is done (1 AM finish is an estimate).
• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting heavy trash and boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable night-shift transportation.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it’s the only way we know.
