JJob Summary:
The Dispatcher will coordinate daily activity for our field technicians, acting as a liaison for standard workflow between the field and the office. This role also communicates regularly with customers and internal office staff to answer questions and provide feedback to the field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
● Dispatch and manage the workload of assigned field technicians in ServiceTitan.
● Receives incoming requests for services and assigns for completion on a priority basis.
● Receive and respond to client inquiries and complaints.
● Reports any and all issues affecting customer satisfaction to leadership in a timely and thorough manner.
● Daily follow up on after hours calls.
● Complete weekly time reports; verify assigned technician hours and expenses.
● Manage monthly maintenance workload to ensure completion, provide updates as needed.
● Schedule all client site visits for non-service calls and maintenance visits.
● Monitor customer complaints to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner with the best solution possible.
● Manage approved repair work to ensure optimum client needs and maximize profitability.
● Provide complete status reporting weekly for open calls, and work with department leadership to close open calls.
● Keep account notes updated as needed and dispatch board up to date.
● Produce and review efficiency reports with leadership, on a scheduled or ad hoc basis.
● Perform other duties as assigned, including assistance in retail operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
● High school diploma.
● Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
Experience:
● 1-3 years preferred.
● Experience with ServiceTitan very strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities:

● Ability to work independently with little supervision.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:
● Valid driver’s license.
● Successfully pass a thorough background check.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
