Description
We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead, coach, and inspire multiple locations within an assigned district. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, talent development, and financial performance while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven track record of managing multi-site operations and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Store/Location Managers across the district to achieve operational, sales, and profitability goals
- Drive district performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, and action planning
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; coach managers on leadership and performance management
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Training, Operations) to support business objectives
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Manage labor, budgets, and expense control to maximize profitability
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail, hospitality, service, or related industry)
- Proven success in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
