Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated District Manager for East Coast Outlets in a full-time, remote position. The District Manager will oversee the performance and operations of multiple outlet boutiques within the East Coast region. This role involves driving sales growth, implementing strategic goals, managing and developing store managers and associates, and ensuring superior customer experiences. The District Manager will manage compliance with company initiatives, analyze sales results, and maintain consistent brand standards across all stores in the district.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail management, including team development and multi-unit leadership
- Strong skills in sales strategy, driving revenue, and achieving operational goals
- Proficiency in performance management, coaching, and cultivating an inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and implement tailored strategies
- Experience in luxury retail and a passion for customer experience is preferred
- Availability to travel within the East Coast region and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
