A large multi-rooftop automotive group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented DMV / Motor Vehicle Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of dealership experience and must already have completed fingerprinting and a background check.
Computer proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Process all new and used retail and lease deals for title and registration for three dealerships
- Prepare and submit DMV paperwork while ensuring compliance with all New Jersey state requirements
- Verify the accuracy of titles, registrations, odometer statements, and all related documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in accordance with dealership and state requirements
- Resolve rejected or returned paperwork promptly and accurately
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within required deadlines
- Assemble inspection stickers with license plates and registration documents
- Assist with additional office duties as needed
Qualifications
- CDK experience required
- Vitu processing knowledge required
- Minimum of one year of dealership experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of New Jersey title and registration procedures
- Ability to manage a high volume of paperwork while prioritizing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Must have completed fingerprinting and a background check
Pay: $25.20 – $30.35 per hour
