Position: Operations Associate (File Monitoring & Processing)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $28/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 8–10 hours/day
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor a designated internal system for newly uploaded attachments throughout the day.
- Download and organize files into the appropriate folders within a shared Dropbox environment.
- Verify that files have been transferred correctly and are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate file organization and naming conventions.
- Escalate missing files, upload issues, or process exceptions when necessary.
- Follow documented workflows and operational procedures with high accuracy.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
- Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for extended daily coverage.
- Strong written communication skills.
Preferred
- Prior operations, administrative, data processing, or back-office experience.
