The Role
You’ll be working storm-damaged neighborhoods, knocking doors, talking to homeowners about their roofs, and booking inspection appointments for our closers. You don’t need to know roofing — we’ll teach you everything. What we can’t teach is hustle.
What You’ll Do
- Canvas assigned neighborhoods and knock doors in active storm-damage areas
- Identify storm-damaged roofs and initiate homeowner conversations
- Set qualified inspection appointments for Project Consultants
- Log every door and interaction in CRM
- Attend team meetings and weekly training sessions
How You Get Paid
- Hourly base pay to keep you stable while you build your pipeline
- Per-appointment bonus paid weekly — every qualified appointment you set puts money in your pocket
- Closer override on every deal your appointment turns into — paid when the job collects
- Your income is directly tied to your activity — top setters earn $120K+
You Are
- Someone who doesn’t mind rejection — you see every ‘no’ as one door closer to ‘yes’
- Comfortable talking to strangers and building quick rapport
- Physically able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
- Coachable — you’ll take feedback and apply it the same day
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
