What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in local neighborhoods to find homeowners ready to paint.
- Start real conversations and offer free estimates.
- Book appointments directly using Calendly or a CRM.
- Compete with yourself weekly — track and beat your numbers.

Compensation
- $20/hour + $25 per attended estimate.
- On-target earnings: $35–$50/hr.
