Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Drop Bury Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on field position that requires leading crews, training technicians, handling customer concerns, and ensuring quality work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Drop Bury technicians in daily field operations.
- Train and mentor new technicians on company standards and procedures.
- Handle customer claims and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Perform field inspections and quality control checks.
- Assist technicians in the field as needed to ensure project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of Drop Bury field experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
