The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. 

 

Responsibilities

  •  Build, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns across Sports Card Investor, Market Movers, and CardsHQ.
  • Manage newsletters, promotional campaigns, product launches, feature announcements, and customer communications across all brands.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, and customer communications aligned with brand objectives and business priorities.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing communication calendar to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Build, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, loyalty, and win-back campaigns.
  • Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and subscription activity.
  • Create targeted customer experiences that improve engagement, retention, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
  • Support email, SMS, and customer communication strategies for retail promotions, product releases, card shows, trade nights, and special events.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content, Product, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns with company initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize subject lines, creative, messaging, layouts, and calls-to-action.
  • Maintain email deliverability, sender reputation, list hygiene, and audience management best practices.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Support the development and execution of scalable marketing automation programs that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience and brand voice across all customer communications and marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and reporting results
