Embroidery Machine Operator Jobs in Dallas, PA at Fieldhouse Screen Printing & Embroidery
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with custom apparel, takes pride in clean, professional work, and can help keep production moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Run and monitor embroidery jobs on hats, shirts, hoodies, jackets, bags, and other apparel
- Hoop garments accurately and consistently
- Load designs and prepare jobs for production
- Perform thread changes, color sequencing, and basic machine setup
- Inspect finished items for quality, alignment, and stitching issues
- Trim backing, clean up finished garments, and prep orders for packaging
- Help organize embroidery supplies, threads, hoops, and production areas
- Assist with production scheduling and order flow when needed
- Troubleshoot minor embroidery issues such as thread breaks, puckering, registration, and tension problems
Qualifications
- Previous embroidery experience preferred
- Experience using commercial embroidery machines is a plus
- Ability to hoop garments cleanly and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working in a production/shop environment
- Experience with digitizing software or embroidery file prep is a plus, but not required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cap embroidery
- Experience with left chest logos, jacket backs, and multi-piece orders
- Familiarity with stabilizers, backing, topping, and proper hoop selection
- Basic knowledge of embroidery file types and machine settings
- Ability to identify and fix common stitch quality issues

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
