Rate Structure

Submission Requirements MUST be included at name clear

Board Certified EM OR IM/FM with 2+ years recent ED experience Required

Michigan License Required (No IMLC)

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Required

Provider must be local (No exceptions)
