MedEvac Ambulance, a structured professional EMS service is seeking professional EMT’s to join our Pittsburgh Operational Facility.
MedEvac Ambulance operates a fleet of late model ambulances with state-of-the-art medical equipment including power lift / power load systems and power stairchairs, offers a competitive and aggressive wage and benefit package, up to 236 hours of paid time off, employee uniform allowance, and several flexible scheduling options to fit most individual needs.
Responsibilities
-Utilizing EMT experience and skills such as airway management, patient assessment, and basic life support.
– Transport patients safely and from and to medical facilities.
– Conduct physical examinations, and assess patient conditions to deliver timely and effective treatment.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals, follow protocols, and maintain CPR certification to ensure high-quality patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- 21 Years of age or older with acceptable driving record.
- Current Pennsylvania Department Of Health EMT certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Pennsylvania EMSVO endorsement.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain PA Child Abuse Clearance.
- Ability to obtain PA State Police Background Clearance.
- Ability to obtain Federal FBI Clearance.
